What type of disc can be repaired on the JFJ?

Any type of CDs including music, DVD, dbl sided DVD, video games, PSX, PSX2, XBox, Nintendo GameCube, CD-R, DVD-R and any other future based CD formats that may come.

Are there any advantages to using the water based machines?

We haven't found any advantages. All we can tell you is this: The pump fails on these machines often. You have to purchase water filters about every 90 days. If you leave your machine off for more than a day, you will have problems with the polish getting hard in the tubes and clogging the machine. You also have to keep adjusting your machine every few CDs and this is all part of the maintenance. In all, there are too many unnecessary steps to repair your discs with these machines.

Is it true that heat ruins your disc?

NO! If this were true, we wouldn't still be in business and selling our customers multiple machines for all their locations. All of our competitors would like you to believe this, but I guess they need something negative to say in order for you to purchase their more expensive machines.

What is a CD tester?

In my opinion, a CD tester is a waste of money. As long as you get a clean finish, and there are no scratches on the topside of the disc, you are going to get a working CD. I suggest that you just educate yourself more about a disc then waste your money buying a tester.

What is the difference between an automated machine and the JFJ machine?

As far as what I have seen, they seem to have a lot of limitations, they seem to only be a buffer. That means that you can't get a deeper scratch or even a disc with a lot of scratches clean. Also the pads are smaller which means it will take a lot longer to repair your discs and some are using micro abrasives. With our machines, you have everything in one machine. What we suggest is, see if they will offer you the same guarantee as we do, and you use own judgement to see which is better.

What are the benefits of having one machine at each location?

It will basically save you money. You will save on shipping your product back and forth to be repaired. It's always the best games or CDs that are scratched. Instead of these CDs or games being cleaned and put on the shelves immediately for resale. You have to wait for them to get cleaned and shipped back to you from another location. By that time a lot of games or CDs loose their resale value and hurts stores with lost revenue.

How many times can a disc get repaired?

Up to 50x depending on how scratched a disc is. If the disc has deep scrathes and to be sanded, and this happens over and over, then the disc can be cleaned about 10x.

What percentage of CDs are repairable?

As long as the memory is not scratched (top of disc) and it is not cracked, it is 99% repairable. You can put a clear shield on the top of the CD to prevent any memory damage or cracks. We sell clear shields by request.

How does the CD look after the process?

As long as you follow the instructions, it will look like new. No swirl marks, no burn, no fake outs. We mean it!

Why does JFJ have fewer steps then the competition?

there is a short cut to everything and JFJ has just mastered it.

Why doesn't JFJ use the water process like other machines?

This isn't supposed to be difficult. We like to keep it simple so everyone can understand.

How often can you use JFJ?

You can use it 24 hours a day (non-stop).

What do you think about other people's testimonies on competitors' websites?

They are not going to put unsatisfied customers comments on there website. Our question is, are they willing to send you a machine risk free for 30 days? If they are, take one of each and do your own test and use your own judgement. We are confident that our machine will come out on top.

How can we trust your products?

You're right, don't take our word for it. Since we have confidence in our machine, we want you to try it for 30 days free. If you don't like it, call us and we will send a call tag and refund you back all your money including the freight you paid.

How hard is it to clean the JFJ Machine compared to the competition?

With the competitions machines you have to clean and empty them every day. All the tubes need to be flushed so polish doesn't get hard. You also have to empty all the water from the bins. Some of the competitors' machines need this done every few discs. With our machine maybe every 6-9 months you will want to take a wet paper towel and wipe down the polish residue from the lid. This is all you have to do. The pads can remain on the machine and the polish will not harden if you don't use it right away.
